Verified Renter Not a bad place. If you live on the side closest too the school be prepared to have kids cutting through your yard and leaving their garbage. The buildings are older so there are a lot of cracks and free space leaving room for the bugs to always crawl in! But there’s no infestation just an annoying reoccurring thing. You can hear your neighbors living life beside you if you’re in a 2 story. Not so much so from the one story duplexes! Verified Renter Rent is mostly affordable for the area. Decent amenities, great location. We've been here 2 years and just re upped for a third. Right off of Woodruff Road, and it's a reasonable section.

Verified Renter I gave it 4 stars because I really do enjoy living here and the new management is trying to update a lot of things and keep the community looking good but some of the recent tenants moving in do not seem to take as much pride as us longer residents. Their areas are left unsightly and trashy and the dumpster area looks like a trash heep most days. I think they should start enforcing stricter properly rules and hold people accountable for themselves and their children.
