Verified Renter Why do I have to spray for bugs when it's in contract they spray. Also if the lawn company only has a certain amount of time stop spending it in front of the place. The place I stay in does not get leaves raked up especially in the back where all the big trees are. The trees in front stain the car when it blooms. No communication ever.

Verified Renter Nice quiet community with a neighborhood feel. Great office staff and maintenance team ready to help with any issues. Made it through the hurricane with some flooding but the community was cleaned up in a few days. We enjoy the convenience of everything from shopping to many dining options being near by.
