Verified Renter Been here for 8 years and it seems curb appeal upgrades are done on the front apartments and nothing for the back. Fences were repaired and painted in the front broken down and faded in the back. Porches need repainting and proper lawn care on back partially fenced area as well.

Verified Renter Caroline was so helpful getting us set up and we love the neighborhood!! There is an amazing pool and 24 hour fitness center. Rent is cheap for the size of the townhouse!

Verified Renter Besides the dog poop which they are addressing, it’s quiet and pleasant. Some days I have random Kids coming through my back yard and the lack of parents watching the kids when playing outside, no problems
