And maintenance is very courteous I wish the apartments could be updated And privacy fences in the backyards would be great For the most part my stay here has been very nice. And it’s convenient to all stores

Verified Renter This is a nice neighborhood. Pretty quiet . My dog likes it here. Very nicely kept apartments with maintenance that seems responsive. Think I might stick around for another year.

Verified Renter We moved here in November of 2023. We have found the accommodations to be exactly what we needed. Very clean very efficient. We have found the people that work in the office to be very friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. We have found that the maintenance department is very prompt to answer the request that are easy to do on the app that we have been given with the Estates of Bellwood. Also the neighborhood is very quiet and very Peaceable and just very enjoyable.

Verified Renter Location is perfect. Maintenance tends to take care of issues quickly. Access to back yard was cut off due to flooding. Huge rocks were put down that make it very hard to use the back exit.
