Verified Renter I absolutely love it here wouldn’t want it no other way it’s peaceful and quite I haven’t had no complaints since I been here besides the dumpster can’t see cars coming around it when the kid are out here playing.

Verified Renter Great community, amazing location. Estates at Bellwood is right off of the perfect section of Woodruff Road where you can access all the shopping areas and restaurants, or escape to Five Forks if traffic is crazy.

Verified Renter I have been living at Bellwood estates for 4 yrs. We have gone through a change in management during this time. I love the community. It’s convenient and the maintenance staff is great I think these apartments could b updated better and the lawn care isn’t very good. I live in the back of the complex and they never seem to get back here for leaf cleanup Otherwise. Pretty good

Verified Renter I am giving it 4 stars at this time because I feel like the quality of residents moving in need to be improved. People that consistently dump everything at the dumpster and don't actually throw it in. People allowing their kids to leave their junk where ever they feel like it and running around screaming in front of other people's windows. Just a couple of years ago it was so much more peaceful and I am afraid that is gone forever.
