Verified Renter We have lived here for nearly 3 years and it's been great! Great location, right off of Woodruff Road with plenty of food and shopping, and Lidl is right across the street. Great church community at Woodruff Road Christian Church. All in all it is a wonderful neighborhood

Verified Renter The staff is very nice. The main thing that I do not like is the garbage dump. It is right next to the playground. There are a lot of kids in the community, but I rarely see any kids playing there. I would really love to see the dog park back up.

Verified Renter Location, location, location! This is perfect for us, as I work at Woodruff Road Christian Church, right across the street. Me and my wife have lived at Bellwood for almost 3 years. Great community, the leasing office is responsive, and it's in a good spot off of Woodruff Road.

Verified Renter I love when the yard people come destroy your stuff and say nothing. Once an accident, twice..... hmmm. Also what are you doing about the flooding that happens on this side of area? Nothing has been done for prevention.

Verified Renter I absolutely love it out here I have definitely made some memories my kids can go outside and play but I only don’t like the fact that cars come around the dumpster and I think it’s unsafe never know how fast they are going .but other then that I love it .
