Morons. Plain and simple. Negotiated a reasonable rent increase to my monthly payment and extension to my tenancy. Was told “the landlord would be happy to except my offer”only to receive a no fault eviction in the mail 2 days later telling me to leave in 2 months. No apology. No responsibility. They then send emails asking me where the extra rent is? Like our deal still stands!! Like I said: morons. Tenants beware! Stay clear.
The best management company as a tenant! Jonathan is super helpful, reliable and always solves any problems efficiently. If you want an easy going life in a new property, I would highly recommend using this estate agency!!
