Estate and Agent really do provide an excellent, personalised service. I found the team to be professional, knowledgeable and reliable, Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. At all times David, Adam and Neema were reassuring and supportive at what can be quite a stressful time. In fact they went way and beyond in the support and help that they provided demonstrating empathy and care at all times. The sale of my property went ahead smoothly and I have no hesitation in highly recommending Estate and Agent.
We bought our home in Hampton Wick through Estate and Agent. We were really happy to be using a smaller, local business instead of a larger real estate chain. We hoped they’d have a lot of experience and knowledge of the local area and would be easy to get hold of. I’m glad to say we were right!
We sold our flat through Estate & Agent. We are extremely happy with the service David, Adam and Neema provided, everything went very smoothly and communciation was quick and friendly. David's price estimate turned out to be spot on and a buyer was found within 3 months. We were supported throughout the ensuing conveyancing process up until completion, where David and Neema kindly offered to hand over keys etc. as we were already living abroad.
