This place is absolutely horrendous. No mannerism and no sense of care for the people. The management is so rude all they care about is money ( no care for the individual in need) I know plenty of people who have used they service and they have been worse off. There property are not clean at all and you are left to fend for yourself. Avoid at all cost.

I resided in a Provident Housing property in 2024 in the Small Heath area and the level of support I received from my support workers at a tough time in my life was amazing! They made sure to get me back on the right track both mentally and financially and also helped me move on successfully to my own accommodation .. highly recommended, appreciate all the effort and support Provident Housing Group!
