Esskay used to manage Clifton Court NW8 but were sacked by the board in 2023 after the service charges tripled. Esskay invented work so they could earn a 10% commission on fees. I own multiple properties and this is the most unprofessional property manager I have ever come across in the U.K. and that says something. Absolutely horrific experience. poor customer service, complete lack of transparency
Very unprofessional, disgusting customer service. They charge a lot of money for the service charge and do nothing to help. Legal advised is required to solve any matters with them. Don't buy any property that is managed by them
