I have really learnt a lot from Essfour psychological services my therapist has healed me from my traumatic experience I highly recommend to people suffering.

I had around 16 sessions with Shikainah who specialised in EMDR therapy that I required due to my diagnosis of C-PTSD. The NHS was going to be a minimum of 9 months waiting list... Although the therapy isn't cheap, it is worth every penny, especially for its intricate and effective impact. The first session was incredibly informative and really helped me to understand what EMDR was, how it worked both in practice and psychologically, and then during the sessions I felt at ease and supported throughout the course of therapy. ... read more
Would recommend to anyone suffering with traumatic experiences and PTSD. Shikainah coached me through the process of EMDR, which I found extremely helpful at relieving my symptoms while making me feel so much stronger as a person. She was incredibly friendly and understanding while being very professional.
Shikainah has supported my rehabilitation for over a year, She has taken me through sessions of EMDR to build my confidence after a life threatening cycle accident.
