Bowen therapy has definitely helped with an ongoing Achilles issue. Pain is subsiding and the therapy is very relaxing. Toni has given me lots of useful advice on how to help my recovery
I have been having Bowen Therapy for a while now due to chronic back pain. I was almost walking with my hands and legs, as I couldn't walk straight. I was walking with a walking stick. I was also waiting for a pain injection from the NHS. Which never came. Amanda has been absolutely fantastic! My body always feels amazing after bowen. My ankle, which I've sprained numerous times, has gotten much strong since having these treatments. Also I'm no longer suffering from neck and back pain! Thanks again Amanda, you're a gem!
Being getting Bowen from the Essex Bowen clinic for a number of years, had various sporting injuries treated and resolved. Most recently a bad back from golf. Professional team and treatment from Amanda as always. Would recommend to anyone who is struggling with sports injuries.
I have suffered with daily Migraines for many years and have tried many different medications and also tried botox which didn’t work at all. I have now had 4 sessions of Bowen Therapy with Amanda and have only had one little migraine since i started. It has worked wonders for my health and wellbeing and I would recommend it to anyone who suffers with migraines.
