Added some much needed security to my car. Answered my initial email promptly and with the information I'd asked for. Was then booked in not long after that, and James called ahead, as was able to come a little earlier than they'd thought. Freindly, polite, and great job done. Everything thoroughly explained. Have recommended to friends, and would extend that to anyone else interested in upping their vehicle security

I’m absolutely furious and extremely disappointed with the service I received from Essex Tuning. Less than a year ago, I paid a significant amount of money to have a Ghost immobiliser installed on my car, trusting them to deliver a professional and secure installation. Last night, my car was stolen. The only reason I was able to recover it was because I had a third-party tracker installed independently.
