This is the third time we have used Essex and Suffolk Windows to replace and install very old and faulty windows. On each occasion the initial customer service from Ben has been exceptionally professional and friendly, with precise supporting documentation from Sadi We were even offered the opportunity to bring forward the initial installation date (as one of the faulty windows couldn't be fully closed) which we accepted gratefully. I am difficult to please but I was VERY impressed from start to finish with the service and work done by this company. Absolutely professional and I would recommend them without reservation.
