I used Phil’s service after another party bus/limo company cancelled on me 2 days prior to my event (21st birthday). Phil was able to help me out extremely last minute, with just one days notice and for this I am so thankful! The limo was great, very nice inside with a good sound system and Phil went the extra mile by decorating it with balloons (in my preferred colours). AVOID!! Really annoyed by this. Like others I ordered a Lincoln limo for my son’s prom. Phil phoned me on the day to say it’ll be a hummer with a bar with iced water and mirrored ceiling. Paula turned up in a Ford 250!!! Phil then avoided my calls although I fully expect him to make up some excuse as a response to this review as he usually does. This is obviously my personal opinion.
Excellent service, punctual, polite. Always responded very quickly to messages. Would highly recommend.
ZERO stars! DO NOT USE - even if you book way in advance, like I did, they will cancel you as soon as they get a better offer. I was told lies about covid and seen no proof about why he cancelled me 2 weeks before party date. Very upset 8 year old for her party. Other places I phoned desperately after have told me it’s a busy prom weekend and Ascot and so I was definitely cancelled for a better offer!!! What can I say about Phil other than he’s a complete charlatan. Booked with this company, then Phil called and cancelled last minute for no real reason or real explanation that could be believable. Booking with them has been a complete let down last minute for a very important event. I would urge people to avoid them at all costs. I think Phil needs a bit of training in customer service or this business will fail with his communication as front of house.
