Had 4 sessions with Nova, she really made me feel at ease. Would recommend hypnosis as an alternative therapy to medication. Give it a try.
Not sure where to start but all we can say is thank you Nova. From the first session to the last you were the voice of calm, reassurance and compassion. Your understanding of our own individual struggles and how you help us feel we’re not alone really makes the difference when going to therapy. Nova Lewis has turned my life around. Like everyone probably thought “will this work”. I can’t recommend this type of therapy enough! Nova was always kind and understanding about my situation. I felt listened to on a deeper scale and I really felt a great connection with her. She knows what she is doing! If you are thinking about this then just do it and don’t wait for anything to get worse. I will miss our sessions but hope to be back for other disciplines. Thank you again!!
