Essex Home Improvement did a great job on our roof. The work was done quickly and in a professional manner. They also did a great job on cleaning up the property when they completed the roof. They worked very efficient and kept the work space area very clean. A nice job all the way around.
Things were well done. Corners were not cut, and Jack was very upfront about where the things he couldn't estimate would be and helping to solve. They were very prompt, the workers worked hard all the way through and the clean up was thorough. We hit some unexpected bumps along the way, but there were always solutions. We are very happy with the work and would recommend this company to our friends and neighbours.
He called when he knew he was going to be late, and called after the job was done to follow-up and see how it was holding up. Very personable, friendly, and professional.

Replaced section of roof shingles. Worked through issues to satisfaction and honored commitments made during hiring.
They did a terrific job. The siding and windows look great. Jack is a pleasure to work with. He makes sure everything is done right. And if there is a problem, he fixes it. All of his workers were also very pleasant. I would definitely recommend him.
