Jack was one of the most informative home improvement person I have ever work with. He spent alot of time taking pictures and informing me of the problems I was facing. He was very quick returning my calls and setting up a date to start my work. They were very good as completeing the work and cleaning up as promisted.

Jack, Mark, Manuel and the rest of the team were professional, knowledgable, helpful, and fast. They did what they said they would do in the time they said and discussed and corrected any issues as they happened. Their bid on the project was competitive and fair. They cleaned up well after the job was finished and we would certainly use them again.

We had a great experience with Essex Home Improvements. It was important that we hire a company we felt comfortable with, and Jack was available to us before, during & after the process to address our questions and concerns.
