After careful review of the estimates received for our project we decided to work with Essex for their knowledge and easy communication throughout the process. The work was completed in approximately 1.5 days and performed very professionally, safely and with care to the adjacent properties. Amazing customer service. They called me within 30 minutes of submitting my request (at 10 at night!), came out and gave a detailed quote, explained problems with the existing roof, applied waterproofing and tarp to prevent further leaking until insurance inspection was done, and on installation, were efficient and cleaned up very well both on the day of installation, and the day after as they swept the yard twice for nails and raked for any small bits that got missed.
