Jack, Mark and Eric were fantastic. They are thorough, competent, trustworthy and deliver exactly what they said they would. They completed our entire house window replacement (+30 windows, plus a door) in two days. They have earned a customer for life. I am more than happy to recommend them to others seeking quality and customer service.
The carpenters did a very good job but they did not complete installing the foot locks, My husband paid them and Mark Ford, the contracter said they would come back on 11/3 in the afternoon but no show.
Excellent in-home assessment of the roof; estimate was thorough and fair; Work was done in 1 day as promised. Professional. The only area that made me take off 1/2 a point was that I had to follow-up frequently to get confirmation of an actual date of the work being done.
Jack and his crew did a great job. They did everything they said they would and cleaned up nicely after the job was done. Anything we ask of them they did. I would recommend them highly! We had 5 or six different companies give us estimates and although Essex wasn't the cheapest they did give the best value for the job and installation. I don't believe you can go wrong with them.

Very knowledgable and was thorough in explaining my options, the other quotes I received didn't take the same care in customer service. Great job overall, I would contract with Essex again and would recommend them.
Mark Ford walked us through all the options and responded promptly to all our questions. The crew finished right on time and did a great job. A couple of small problems occurred, but they fixed those too. They are not cheap but the price is fair and the materials and workmanship seem top-notch.
After interviewing numerous contractors in Essex County and not finding one we felt comfortable with I used Service Magic and was put in contact Essex Home Improvement. No sooner had I hit the enter button then Jack called me. We scheduled a meeting where he showed up exactly on time. We discussed the project and immediately he provided me a bid.
