Jack and his nephew Mark provided me with unparalleled craftsmanship and performance. They were very thorough and professional throughout the entire process. Jack runs a top notch business. Essex Home Improvement replaced our roof and gutters for a reasonable cost and great time frame. Jack is knowledgeable in all aspects of home repairs. He was constantly looking out for our needs. We are definitely going to use them again for our other updates and improvements.

Jack was very professional and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was done in two days. He knew I have two dogs and he made sure every scrap and nail was picked up for their safety. I am very pleased with his work and I would definitely hier him again.
professional every step of the way. Everyone from the owner to the workmen were customer service oriented. The crew came when expected, worked hard and long hours, were polite and cleaned up.
