The job was replacing the 5 windows, 4 located in 3 bedrooms, 1 smaller bathroom window. ALL on the 2nd floor. From the moment Jack arrived my husband and I felt very comfortable working with him. We called Essex Home Improvements based on their great reviews on-line and we were not disappointed. Mark did an excellent job replacing all of our upstairs windows; he was courteous and professional and they were very reasonably priced. We will definitely be using them again for other home improvements projects.
