Jack DeRosa is one of the best contractors we have ever dealt with. He was there when he said he would be there and he did what he said he was going to do. His price was very fair and the workmanship was impressive. I would, without a doubt call Jack again for any home improvement project and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor.
This is a top notch company. First, their workmanship is excellent. Second, their willingness to work with us on everything from color choice to scheduling to coordination of other work (I relocated 2 vent lines while they had our roof off) was invaluable. Thirdly, their pricing was fair and reasonable. What else is there to say?
What a pleasure! Not only did Essex home improvements do a professionally phenomenal job of replacing the siding on my house, but they were unbelievably personable in dealing with myself and my neighbors. Reasonable price, good service. Professional and polite. It was windy and the crew did a good job cleaning up, went to check neighboring lawns for debries. I'm happy with the result.
The workers were on time, extremely polite and the residents of the home were very satisfied.
I can't recommend this company enough. They went the extra mile in every aspect of this job, providing me with excellent guidance and help in correcting my roof replacement. After the job was completed Jack and his crew continued to provide me with "beyond the call of duty" service when I had questions and issues concerning my squirrel infestation problem.
