I cannot understand the negative reviews for this company. They have been some of the best tradesmen I have had the pleasure of using. We had an unexpected damp issue uncovered after national grid got involved with our 110 year old house. I had multiple quotes and felt I was being mis sold...I was sure of that once I met Joe and the team. The quote was fair and their knowledge second to none. Work didn’t help, they promised to come and fix but never came then stopped replying.
Do not use this company. I wish I’d never used them. From start to finish there have been issues. When they did the work they whipped off radiators and didn’t check the boiler pressure after they did it so our heating system failed, they wrecked carpet they lifted to prepare the space for the work, they dented paintwork in the rooms they were working, their plaster work was sloppy with it inside power points and on radiator gauges, it took them WEEKS to put the radiators back on and our boiler has never been the same, the da... read more
