I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment to have a crown started on my molar. I was taken right in and I received very friendly greetings by everyone I was in contact with. Dr. Makay and his assistant put me at ease with the procedure and explained every step. I've had several crowns done and have always been happy with the results. All of your staff are very knowledgeable and very accommodating. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience!
On time, efficient and very clear about what was required, without pressure. It's nice to deal with professionals that are not rushing about and are focused on the patient!

There is nothing like over coming fear whether it big or small. I can truly say I have achieved this feat with ease thanks to the great staff at Essex Family Dental. I went in to have my teeth cleaned. The young lady checked my information and explained about the new x-rays and asked about fluoride treatment. The hygienist was very informative. She did a great job could not ask for better treatment. Checking out was easy and did everything to get me a new appointment when I needed one. Dr freely has been one of the best dentist's I have had.
