If I could just provide a suggestion, it would be: When you are notified via email of your upcoming appt, would it be possible to say cleaning only. Or cleaning with X-rays ,or cleaning with Dr. Visit. I am not sure if that is possible, but it would give me an idea as to cost. My appt. today was much more than I was expecting. So that is just a suggestion. Dr. Feeley,staff, and everyone are very pleasant and Make a dentist visit enjoyable (as much as it can). Thank you for listening!!
The dental assistant Brittany would describe the activities she was doing which provided a sense of comfort of her knowing what she was doing. She also exhibit very well manners while interacting with peers. Very respectful and soothing personality. Dr. Feely great guy and very professional. Dr is very attentive to patient's needs. For instance, I am a coward when it comes to dental pain. Dr makes sure that pain is minimized with complete numbness. Very considerate.
Oh my, I can't say enough about Essex Family Dental! You are so professional, thorough, caring, and friendly! You are also very respectful and listen to your patients individual needs and desires. Our family has been most fortunate to have stumbled upon your practice when you opened so many years ago. You have always done a great job with our cleanings, fillings, crowns, and emergency care. I guess that's an A+ !
I love coming to EFD, and that says a lot because I used to get anxious at dental visits. Everyone from the receptionists to the dentists themselves is friendly and professional and always make me feel as relaxed as possible. I really appreciate the care and treatment I get coming here!
