We are always pleased with service from Essex Dental for me and my two children. I asked Katelyn how it went and she said fine. Her 1st time being numbed. She was a little concerned that she still sees a brown spot near where the filing was done. Should she be concerned? Thank you.

I have to say that I love Essex Family Dental. When I arrive to my appointment I get right in and there is no waiting. The staff is very friendly. This last visit, everyone addressed me by my name, which was very nice. I also, have to say that I absolutely love Kaitlyn at the front desk. She has always been accommodating and made sure I was happy with my dental services. She is a huge asset to this dental office. Thank you, Regina

Dr Feely is the best dentist period. His kind and professional approach is one of a kind. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. My appointment was for 1620 and I was seen at exactly 1620. I suffer from anxiety and really don't look forward to going to the dentist. You guys make the experience easy and I really don't mind going to the dentist anymore. The whole team at Essex Family Dental does an amazing job. It's not a surprise that a addition to the building is necessary. Keep up the great teamwork.

Over all good experience but did feel like the office staff was a bit frustrated with me b/c I didn't have my children's records. When my family moved away I had to sign a form at my new Dentists and Doctors for them the receive old records. I didn't realize this had changed and I was suppose to do it.

I like the service EFDental gives me.The prices are high and in the past Dr Feeley had offered me a 20% discount on all dental services. We worked out some discounts for the present work I am having done.Can the 20% discount be offered again for further upcoming work as Dr Feeley offered before? My review was given but thought I might use it as an opportunity for handling other stuff.Let me know if my methods here are okay or not.I will gladly ask Dr Feeley himself when I see him on July 22nd. You were kind and flexible enough to squeeze me a couple hours after I called complaining of tooth discomfort. Every person I interacted with was pleasant polite and communicated clearly about every step of the process from diagnosing the issue to addressing it. I have a clear understanding of the issue, how it was addressed and next steps. As always I am treated as an intelligent partner in my own dental health. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you.

This appointment went very well. As much as I hate going to the dentist's office, I would never want to go to any other dentist. Staff was helpful, polite and friendly. As usual, Dr. Feeley was caring and professional. The only thing I would change about today's appointment would be to have taken better care of my teeth throughout my lift so the appointment (and many others I have had) might not have been necessary!! Thanks very much for all your dedication and hard work, and especially your patience.

Explained everything to my three year old and made his first experience fun! He learned about each tool before they were used. He was comfortable and they did a great job the whole time! He also loved the prize chest.
