I want to say Sonya! Was amazing she listen and follow through and i felt heard. I feel essex family dental you need more people like her. One suggestion :make people feel welcome not like you are trying to sell them something all the time. Because of Sonya! And her assistance I will stay at practice . but my kids go somewhere else due to not being treated well there.
I had a new hygienist today for the first time! Her name was Michelle and I just loved her she is Awesome!!
I recently switched to Essex Family Dental from another practice and find everyone in their office, from hygienists to dentists to those who take my credit card, to be professional and highly skilled, kind and pleasant. Nathan Makay is not only extremely talented but also treats his patients as though they have a brain. They seem to have the latest equipment. (It would be nice if they had a TV for those long procedures, however. :))
As always, the staff at Essex Family was fantastic.
Convenient hours, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Best care you could ask for. Always educating patients on home care.

As always I had a great cleaning! I have gum issues and this summer I have not been on my game with flossing. Needless to say I had some bleeding and it took a little bit of elbow grease to get me back in order. I was not scolded but given gentle encouragement. It was also a joy to see my daughter Michelle in action. She did a great job and clearly has grown in her profession. I’m a proud mom!
My experiences @ Essex Family Dental has always been nothing but GOOD,GOOD, GOOD! How many people actually look forward to going to the dentist?? If they're not saying they love it ----perhaps it's time they should switch over to Essex Family Dental. I did and have never regretted it!!! Evie
