Joe is mega, always on time, diligent with his work and provides a good massage! My body suffers from old injuries and having Joe come every other week really resets and helps me recover from the training that I do.
I suffered with a fractured L3-5 in my lower back and was recommended to go see Joe For a sports massage to ease the pain and tension. After a few sessions I was feeling the best I have in a very long time. Now I see Joe regular to keep on top of the discomfort as never want to feel like I did before. Thanks Joe x
