I’m very impressed by the excellent customer service and high quality of workmanship provided by Essex Coachworks. Simon in particular was extremely helpful and dealt with all the necessary paperwork quickly and efficiently. My car, cleaned inside and out, was ready for collection well ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Essex Coachworks.
Essex coachworks did an amazing job of repairing my Jag. Very professional job with regular updates, polite and efficient staff, and it came out a lot cleaner than it went in. Looks like a new car! Stunning service.
Essex coach works did an excellent job on our car, and keeping us informed. They even picked it up from our home, save us the bother of driving there and getting a lift back.
Super helpful, great work done on our car which required paint matching across three panels with a very difficult colour to match. The guys were accommodating and friendly about needs that we had with regard to picking up the car including timing and drop off location.
My car was hit whilst parked by someone - she hit the driver's back door. The other person's insurance contacted me swiftly and asked whether I wanted to use their recommended bodyworks shop, which I agreed to. This happened to be Essex Coachworks. As this incident happened before Christmas, I was booked in in January for Essex Coachworks to pick up my car and complete the repairs; they picked up the car on the 8th January.
