Ryan believed he had a part for my boiler in stock and sent it to me promptly unfortunately on arrival the part number was one digit out so I had to return the item. However as soon as Ryan received the part back he refunded me immediately and covered all postage too. I would use Ryan’s company again.
Needed obsolete part for boiler and Essex boiler spares were showing only 1 on their website. Phoned and spoke to Ryan on the Thursday, who was very helpful and confirmed the availability. Paid over the phone and received part on the Saturday. Excellent service.
