Excellent service and communication. Not to mention managing to deliver the same day!
Stuart made me some dt swiss wheels with new rotors tyres with new hubs in a week fitted them onto bike for a very small charge but adjusted gears brakes and front derailer at no extra charge bike is 14 years old but now rides like brand new highly recommend this shop for bespoke new wheel build very polite and professional not trying to replace parts that dont need it will be going back.
I have just been in Essex bicycles to see if he would pump my tires up for me he said he sees me every day go every day go by with these flat tires I went in to see if he would pump them up for me he did and didn’t even charge me nice was that needless to say? I had repairs carried out on my old bike . The staff were very helpful and gave good advice , even helping me put it in the back of my car when collecting it. I would definently use this service in the future and reccomend them.
Brilliant service, went in due to flat tyre and low seat(asked for it to be raised) ALL free , no charges, highly recommend, very friendly service
