I have been visiting Nicola for many years, her knowledge and expertise is 1st class and she not only eases my physical aches but my emotional worries too. I always feel more aligned emotionally, spiritually and physically after a visit.
Amazing knowledge regarding sports injuries and massage techniques, you can have a combination of sports massage and accupunture, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Nicola at essentials is outstanding. I had an old whiplash injury from a car crash 15 years ago that I lived with. Once I started seeing Nicola for other sporting related problems she discovered they were linked and resolved them all. I took part in ultra endurance events and without Nicola I would not have been able to achieve the results I did. It’s a rare find for someone so talented and qualified in a small village. Can not recommend anyone more highly
My back was in excruciating pain on bank holiday Monday. Totally siezed up and couldn't bend or do more than a shuffle. 1 session with Nicola which was a mixture of manipulation, massage acupuncture and light therapy and the difference is unreal. I can even bend to put my socks on which I couldn't do before I got there. Nicola is super professional, thorough, caring and exceptionally good at what she does. I cannot recommend highly enough ✨
