Ari was so polite, helpful and accommodating throughout showing me the apartment and helping me with the application form. She remained professional and quick to respond throughout and I couldn’t be happier with her service!

0 stars would be the most appropriate rating to give essence. During my tenancy my mental health deteriorated due to the neglect that essence caused me. Leaving me with without heating, hot water and a working toilet on multiple occasions. This is a terrible estate agency and I would avoid it by all costs!
Essence properties has been super quick and helpful! Erica Bai was really informative and made sure to arrange everything I needed before moving in, she was super helpful and answered all my questions really positively! Thank you for all your help, great property management company with great employees!
Initially there were a few inconsistencies regarding scheduled appointments and key collection for my flat, however, the wonderful Ari took our concerns seriously. She actively listened to our concerns and questions and resolved them promptly. In consideration of this I have provided 4 stars due to Ari’s attentiveness and care. She is a credit to this company.
