Very helpful. I was after a grinder in a colour I couldn’t find online. They offered to help me order it from Eureka through a custom order. I’ve just received it and am really happy with it. Would recommend these guys !

I purchased as listed a ‘La Marzocco Bottomless Portafilter with 21gm Basket - L111/X’ for £45.84 - which was a reasonable price for a genuine LM Portafilter. When it arrived it didn’t have any of the usual La Marzocco logo embossing within the metal and was clearly a replica or fake. Not a problem, I contacted the company by email to highlight this issue and asked to return for a refund. I recently got in touch by phone to ask about servicing a Rancilio Silvia Pro espresso machine and was told by a cheerful chap that it would take a 4/5 days. So next time I was in the area I brought my beloved machine in for servicing. On entering I found the area to be uninspiring and very unlike/not slick like the website with a couple of men in the back office who seemed surprised to see me.
