I purchased my espresso machine, grinders, and coffee brewer from Espresso Analyst! They are so easy to work with, incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the prices are fair! They completed the installation at my coffee shop in Shelocta, PA and I couldn't be happier with the service techs! I recently had an older FRANKE machine repaired by the team at Espresso Analysts. The ENTIRE team is helpful, professional, and friendly. My machine is now working like brand new. The repairs were made within the quoted budget, and communicated the entire time. I would recommend their services to anyone!

I've called on Espresso Analysts for emergency repairs and regular maintenance of espresso machines for years. I've found them to be thorough and professional. They make sure that I both understand the repair that was done. They do their best to provide an estimate before completing the work.
