This hotel is Awesome. I was there on my honeymoon and got a room upgrade. I think the only thing they could do better would be have more fruit option for the breakfast. All in all it was a great hotel.
The hotel is clean and doesn't smell bad. Great location across front the beach and near the hotes spots in south beach including mangos cafe. The front desk is helpful. As soon we got to pur room we received a call fron the front desk asking if the room met our expectations. Breakfast is good but nothing special. Parking is $40 a day not 50 like stated in other comments. Deposit for incidentals is $100 which is average for most hotels.
