Love this place
ROACHES, a tv that gets one channel. I’ve never seen roaches this big.
4th time in a row at the Breakwater and always a pleasure to stay there. Best spot on Ocean dr. Rooms clean and very spacious. Staff helpful especially Pablo.
Worst company ever to do business with!!!!! I booked my hotel a year ago, they cancel my booking after they took a deposit!!!!!!!!
We loved our stay. Staff was friendly, helpful and fast. Room was clean and modern. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the band and waking up to the beats of the deejay. We will definitely book again.
Spacious yes. Luxury, no. We had to walk through a service area, a smokey bar and a gelatto place to get to the elevator. No ice in this section of hotel, had to go back to main section. In the room, wallpaper was peeling, stains on settee, curtains would not fully close. Tiles in shower were discolored. Not the send-off on our cruise that I'd envisioned.
Made reservations for for 2 rooms for my friends bachelor party......went after the Miami/VT game to check in to find out our rooms had been booked by someone as well and that ya'll were sold out. The desk clerk did nothing to help accommodate us. Unfortunately we had to cancel our plans for the evening and drive back to Fort Myers. Very disappointing.......
Great attention and service during our stay. Specially Juan Carlos at the front desk made us feel very comfortable since was our 1st visit to the city. Will definitely come back there.
