The process to check in took forever only one person taking care of all of it. No happy hour specials and the most of all the maid service was bad and rude. Wasn't even close to checkout time we went for a morning walk came back and a maid was already in our room put all our belongings in a back and started cleaning. We tried to tell her it's not checkout time but, she proceeded to do her duties and ignore us. Too many hotels in south beach more than likely not be coming back.

The hotel is located close to the beach, pub and restaurants, which is nice. The room was large and the bathroom lovely, BUT it was impossible to go to sleep due to the noise from music, lasting until 3.30AM. First time in my life I had to use my Bose headset trying to get some sleep at a hotel. The breakfast was simple. Sorry, but will not recommend this to others.
I'ts impossible to get some sleep here, way to noisy until 3 a Clock in the morning, close to the beach is the only good thing, breakfast was very limited.
