The service guy was rude to my tenant and never supplied me with an invoice after I requested one be sent so I could pay him for the service visit. Positive notes: he showed up finally after missing the first time and me having to follow up.

He was on time. He assessed my refrigerator, quickly and told me what was wrong with it. I am overall happy with his professionalism.
Called back immediately. Called as soon as the part was in and installed the part for the oven in less than an hour.

Very nice man, who really cares about fixing your problem. He came on a Holiday and did not charge extra for the service.
Honest and fair
Ernesto responded very fast, came at time and completed the job for a very reasonable price. He found the problem and was able to repair my refrigerator. Would fire him again.
After his overpriced repair, my appliance started leaking. He missed our first appointment to fix it, and came the following day. This second time he overcharged again for a repair he should have included the first time.
