Rafael showed up on time and provided me with an honest assessment, something that's hard to come by. He put my interest in front of his, leaving money on the table for repairs that would have been unnecessary (and unscrupulous). I've added him to my address book should I need honest and reliable appliance repair work done.
Came on time and was honest
Mr.Espino was very on time and very kind and professional. He came and evaluated the washer machine and determined that repairing the damage would have been more expensive than replacing the washer for a new one. He only charged the $40 for his evaluation and gave us some advises to make the new washer last longer and avoid further damages.
He came out as promised despite issues related to Hurricane Irma such as traffic. Diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate. We decided to replace the appliance rather than repair. Would definitely call for future repairs.
Great experience overall and a very polite and nice person.
