Outstanding person, very professional, Puntual
Very professional and excellent service as well as quality of work.
Service provider did not arrive in the time they said. Wouldn't have come out at all if I didn't call because they said they didn't have my phone or address when I had given them all my info upon scheduling. Didn't confirm day before either, obviously. Nope. I'll pass for next time. Was very knowledgeable about the issue tho.
He called me right away and he arrived on time the next day. Saw what was wrong and ordered the part needed. When he had the part, he worked diligently to repair my dishwasher.
PROMPT AND RELIABLE
Rafael, contacted me the same day, and arrived on time the very next day, washer was repaired and working properly within an hour. Great service and honest.
Cannot speak highly enough about Rafael. He was very responsive, detailed in his work and fair in his pricing. He did not rush through the job and I felt he truly wanted to help us fix a difficult problem with our refrigerator. Will use and recommend him in the future. Thanks Rafael !!!!
