He was on time, professional, and very honest! As contractors, we know how rare it is to find a descent home repair person!!
Missed appt and said he called and the customer didn't know anything about it. I called and reset another appointment. Then he got to my home and could not find the reason for an unlevel refrigerator. I was told I might have to replace the whole door system.

Mr. Espino was not able to fix our problem, only diagnose it. However, he did call us after he left to give us some advice as to how we might do just one more quick test. Although we didn't work, it was kind of him to call back.
He responded fast. He honor the time agreed for the first visit. He brought proactively the required part, replaced it, and my freezer is making ice again.

Espino has been out to my house twice now for the same thing and still the problem wasn't fixed. The first time he TOUCHED my evaporator fan with a screw driver ($40) and it came on and worked for a few days then it stopped working. I replaced that on my own thinking I had a short and then replaced the motherboard but still the unit wasn't working. He came out a second time and verified the motherboard was receiving power ($20) so he said it was bad. I replaced that but the real problem was it had to be re-programmed. You wo... read more
