Very good service, fast, professional, clean, and at very reasonable price. Will certainly use them again if the need arises.
Mr Espino called right away and was able to come the next day. The washer, a modern front loader unit, did not rotate. He open the machine and just checked the wire connections, never looked at the motor or the drive. Closed the unit and said it needed a new computer for $500, that without testing anything. Either he is a diagnostician genius or my face says overcharge him. The evaluation was supposed to be free, yet he charged $50, fair enough for his time. Nice gentleman, now he is going to repair my ice maker.
He called me on Sunday to assess what my needs were. On Monday he arrived 15 minutes early which I greatly appreciated. Our refrigerator had 're-set' by itself during the night. So, although Mr. Espino did not need to do any repair work, he was very knowledgeable as to what had probably happened. I am thrilled to have met him and will definitely call him for all future appliance service and repairs. He is exactly what we have been looking for to service all our appliances. CWJ Miami
