Very prompt and knew exactly what to do. I would recommend although I thought the price was a bit high.
I was very pleased with my experience. Mr. Rafael Espino is extremely knowledgeable. He knew what the problem was based on our initial conversation and arrived at my home with the part necessary to fix it. I appreciated his immediate assistance, especially on an early Saturday morning. I would definitely recommend his service to family and friends.

Outstanding service. I called on a Saturday Morning and he was at my door within two hours. He fixed my fridge after quickly assessing the problem. His price was very reasonable and he explained what he was doing step by step and offered advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. Will definitely recommend for future service.

Rafael did change the fan, unfortunately the compressor is also going. For the time being the refrigerator is reasonably noise free so I will keep it until it stops.
unfortunately i wasn't there to greet mr espino, but my sister was. her words exactly? sweet gentleman and the dogs loved him! he arrived on time and got everything done at a reasonable price. my washing machine is top notch once again.
On time, extremely knowledgeable, fast, and made an effective repair that restored the use of our appliance. Highly recommend.
