Shocking, dirty spa, warm water to drink, no care, rude stsf when brought our conerns to thier attention, followed up with management after our visit, simply dismissive

I booked a spa day with treatment and I must say the treatment part was very good, maybe missing some products to try while you wait which other spa offers. The facilities were a bit ran down, the jacuzzi was half working and not very warm. One sauna was out of order You don't get much inside if you want to have some generic stuff. I feel like it is target for people who wants to sit down and look at the view and read a book.

NEVER AGAIN.For an expensive dining room attached to a luxury hotel it does not get much worse than this. The 'Rose petal hoummus' starter was 2 slices of foccacia of differing staleness topped with several small daps of houmous. Beer batter Haddock was tasteless and watery with mushy peas.
