As a manager and owner of a building with an ESP Fire Alarm system, I have many positive things to say. The alarm itself has been excellent and when I needed to speak to Chris in Tech Support this week he was excellent. Very knowledgeable, patient (it's not easy diagnosing tech issues on the phone) and very clear in his instructions on how to navigate the setting. The solution was spot on and Chris was a massive help and sorted the problemin a few minutes. Many thanks!
The goods in staff can be a bit miserable at times towards delivery drivers but you get used to it and learn to ignore it🙄
Cameras and the lack of features are diabolical! And the app is awful…. Stay away as there are better cameras for the same money
