"This was a truly awful experience. The noise was so loud, I can't believe it's not damaging to the ear drum and there were several occasions when it was extremely painful. Even though I had been putting oil in my ear for well over a week, they were not able to remove the wax and I left, fairly traumatised, still partially deaf and with a very very sore ear!
