Took out a 12 month maintenance with ESE. After many emails back and forth over 10 months concerning the replacement of 2 optimisers nothing was actually done even though they told me they had the parts. ESE were full of promises but did nothing, I do not think there maintenance dept actually exist apart from two men turning up only to tell me that they did not have the parts on the van so could only look at the roof.
