After a year, I would like to change my review. ESE Solar is good in selling. However their after sales is poor. My solar batteries stopped working on 17 March, since then I have emailed several times and rang many times but they have not either fixed the fault or replaced the batteries. Batteries are most expensive element of the system Very poor. Those who wish to install solar panel should also consider after sales service. Keep away from infinity solutions batteries, they sell them as UK base company but they are agents
Do not use they have scammed me. After almost a year I am still waiting for the documents to register for SEG
Beware of Misleading Information and False Promises! This has been a very disappointing experience with ESE Solar regarding the installation of my solar panels. The initial quote (July 24) from Darren in Exeter promised that after installation, I would receive a Flexi OrB certificate and be able to export my excess energy to the grid the highest rate available. I had solar panels and a battery system installed. The installation process was straight forward and the system works. The maintenance package and the carbon offsetting technology are a real plus. Although at the moment, 1 month after installation, I still haven't received the documentation for SEG payments, and the electricity is just going to the grid with no payments for myself. I was told at the time of the quote that it was only going to be a matter of a couple of days after the final payment for the system, but it's be... read more
